(BISC) is a registered community-based organization operating under the Ministry of Social Labour, Social Security, and Services, with recognition from the Sub-County Social Development Office (SCSDO) in Makadara, Nairobi County.
BISC was established with a bold vision: to uplift vulnerable and marginalized groups in society by creating opportunities that lead to lasting social and economic transformation. From our grassroots base in Lungalunga-Sinai, next to Cana Hospital in Viwandani Ward, we work directly with communities to implement inclusive and impactful programs.
"BISC gave me the opportunity to learn financial literacy and business skills. Today, I run a small tailoring business that helps me support my family. I am forever grateful for their mentorship and empowerment programs!"

"BISC’s outreach programs helped me understand the importance of early TB screening and treatment. Their community sensitization efforts saved my life and that of many others who were unaware of the risks. I am now a TB champion in my neighborhood, advocating for regular check-ups and medication adherence."
Community Member
"At my age, I thought no one cared about people like us. BISC changed that. They provided food, medical assistance, and a support group for the elderly in our area. Their kindness and dedication have given us hope and dignity."
